Ordering the OsciPrime Oscilloscope from Nexus-Computing Switzerland

Availability: We have the OsciPrime Hardware in stock.

Instructions & Documentation: All instructions for handling the hard- and software will be available online on this website. We will ship no instructions or manuals in paper. Also please note: The documentation and user manual are currently a work in progress. Priority number one for us is to give you the best hard- and software experience.

Customs: Import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy: You may return unused/unopened boards within 14 days after delivery for a refund. Shipping is not refundable though. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover expenses of charging refunding your payment. Note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the board you received is defective then please contact us (info ( at ) osciprime.com) immediately after delivery (7 days after delivery to qualify for a replacement).
All returns are processed by E-Mail.

Compatibility (!IMPORTANT!): The OsciPrime hardware is compatible with Android devices that feature USB Host Mode and run a version of Android that support the Android USB Host API. Nexus-Computing does not give any warranties that the OsciPrime hardware will be compatible with any Android device or version. It is in the customers responsibility to make sure that the Android USB Host API runs properly on the target device.

Supported and tested Devices include: Asus Nexus 7, Samsung Galaxy S3, Acer A500, Acer A200, Motorola Xoom.
The Samsung Galaxy Nexus works with the hardware, however lacks of performance, so experience is not optimal.
The LG Nexus 4 does not support USB Host and therefore is not compatible.
The Samsung Nexus 10 does support USB Host but has not been tested yet with the OsciPrime.
